but it wasn't very visually compelling... The retro video game look, while cool initially, grew old very quickly and there was really nothing left :(

summary: 15 seconds of novelty appearance, then bleh...

really, it feels unfinished - maybe if he had it play the audio at full quality (music video?) or ....

I dont know.. it was like a game you couldnt play with a movie you couldnt quite watch past 15 seconds...

funny and different, decent graphics, animation and lip sync.... * not sure if you can say lip-sync in the same review while referring to a toilet bowl lid, but there you go!

was initially quite negative on this, then read some of the other reviews (and found out from the author, it was supposed to be a music video)
It diddnt really work for me as a music video tho...it felt rather bland IMHO

I think it should have focused more on the direct conflict between the characters and not waste precious screen time on 'character development' (blah blah with the batcave, blah blah with the Gargoyle)

I think he could have achieved that by having a SPLIT SCREEN with the antagonistic activities of the principals on screen AT THE SAME TIME, this will save time and heighten anticipation of their eventual meeting and battle (which was a little too short)

The actual character animation seemed very sketchy (and not in a good way)
If it were 'pencil' art, I think it would have been better
(i.e. If you are going to go rough drawn characters, go all the way!)

overall....not bad/shrug

Its overly simplistic, almost patronizing - That is the WII!

Many items on the menu take forever to load - That is the WII!

It acts as if YOU have an IQ of a small child - That is the WII!

I found it hilarious, get a WII and see for yourself!

This flash is the essence of parody and as such, was well executed.

Now, many may disagree as I do, mostly, on the cynical and some may say misogynist statement of the author regarding women and relationships, but this video does depict relationship situations that are in the common domain. "Some" women are like that,and"Some" men have been in that situation ( and women too, blatant "Gold Diggers" are in both sexes .

The piece is very well written, excellently choreographed,( if a little bit 'heavy' on getting its point across)
However, subtlety may well be wasted here.

The pixelated retro video style was spot on! Too bad some of the other guys failed to recognize it, lol - but that style was all the rage back when MTV was MTV

very good work my man, I would have liked if the audio quality encoding was a little better and not so scratchy but it was cool all the same.

what was the name of the song,btw??

The author worked from a very limited visual palette, with only zoom in/out of the visual field, eyeball popping, and some very aged and static 'bikini girls'.

It had the overriding look and feel of being... UNFINISHED.

Make the girls more attractive and animated, loose the crab-eyes-on a stalk (which looked a bit lame) and try some other camera angles?

the ending was nice :)
